On March 20, 2012, Moscow, Vitaly Fedko, General Manager of the War and Peace media group Public Corporation, delivered a report at the discussion meeting considering the project “Nash Gosplan".

The meeting took place at the headquarters of the United Russia supporters. Vladimir Prokhorov, Deputy Chairman of the Reform Support Committee of the Russian President as well as the leaders of a number of society-oriented organizations and companies took part in the discussion. Vitaly Fedko delivered a report on "The role of mass communication in governmental planning quality support" dealing with issues like the main aspects of mass communication market development in Russia, its specific character as well as the strategy of interaction with the state. Furthermore, during the meeting, those present discussed what exactly the project “Nash Gosplan” will yield to governors, city mayors, the population, education establishments, students, the United Russia supporters, state and municipal workers, ecological organizations, and business in general. The project “Nash Gosplan” presents a new federal plan of the Reform Support Committee of the Russian President, whose implementation started in January, 2011. It is based on the long experience of specialists in the field of strategic planning in modern Russia conditions and is founded on the belief in its necessity for the restoration of Russia's economy. Among the project “Nash Gosplan” tasks of paramount importance is the formation of high quality realizable concepts, strategies, and plans related to various levels and sectors, that ensure Russia's transition to a sustainable innovative economy in the world economic crisis environment, as well as the consolidation of the scientific, specialist and practitioner manpower that will promote the creation of Russia’s new economy and lead to its prosperous well-being. “The state should create a flexible strategic planning system which will be able to surpass the real economy dynamics and it should give preference to socially valuable tasks,” said Vitaly Fedko, General Manager of the War and Peace media group Public Corporation. “Against all the odds, this task is within the depth of modern economics which furthers collaboration with mathematicians, programmers, and specialists in the field of television communications. We are proud of the fact, that we can take an active part in this symbiosis having made strategic planning very dynamic. As a result of the project implementation, Russia’s development will be stable and sustainable and this is what the population is all about,” he added.
